Today marks Day 4 of my natural fasting journey — a day when stillness spoke louder than effort, and deeper healing began to surface.
Today felt... different. Not just in my body — but deep underneath it all.Something soft shifted — like the earth turning ever so slightly toward the sun.
It was a full day.
Driving.
Working.
Moving through life — but never pushing beyond what felt right. No big extras.
Only the essentials.
And somehow, they were enough.
Daily Check-in On My Healing and Fasting Journey

Morning 🌅
• Water only — because lightness felt like the right beginning• Detox Tea — a gentle, steady stir from the inside out• 1 Clove Raw Garlic — chopped, spicy, faithful as ever
Midday 🚗 -
• Long stretches of driving — no juice today, just presence• Honored my body’s need for ease — no guilt, no second-guessing
Evening Ritual 🌙
• Complete Tissue Formula — tracing a line from shoulder to spine to neck• Cayenne Salve — sealing the healing in, pressing warmth into my liver• Castor Oil Pack — layered with cayenne tincture, worn like an overnight prayer• Nerve Tincture — a faithful rhythm, three times today
✨ Where Healing and Fasting Journey Shifts Appeared
• Arm pain — still a whisper, but movement is singing louder now• Shut the car door with my left arm — first time in two months• Turned the steering wheel with ease — my body remembering strength
Then finish with your soft closing:
Today wasn’t about doing more.It was about letting less be enough.About trusting that even when the surface is still, the deeper tides are turning.
Tomorrow, I'll rise again. But tonight, I settle into the softness — and let a little more light pour in.
WagZa Wisdom:Healing isn’t rushed. It’s revealed. 🌿
With softness and trust,
Gina
