This morning felt... zesty.
Bright juice. Lighter steps. And a 3-lb drop that had me raising an eyebrow at my scale like, “Are you sure about that?”😄
🍏 Morning Juice
Started with a live green juice: cucumber, apple, lemon, and kale. The apple + lemon combo?✨ Bright, refreshing, and surprisingly perfect.
⚖️ Weight Update
Down to 133 lbs — a full 3-lb drop overnight!Maybe it was the castor oil pack… maybe the steam room…or maybe my digital scale is having a full-blown identity crisis. 😄
🌿 Castor Oil Pack Rhythm
Used my castor oil + cayenne blend over my liver and wrapped in warmth. It felt like it helped loosen and wake things up — a perfect prep for my upcoming liver flush. This has become part of my rhythm now.
🌼 Herbal Reinforcements
I brought in my trusted trio:• Nerve tincture• Lobelia — the smart-thinking herb that belongs beside the nerve formula• Liver tincture — to gently begin prepping for that upcoming flush
Together, they felt grounding, focused, and just right.
💪 Topical Support
Applied Complete Tissue & Bone with red clover over my shoulder and bicep. This area has been calling for extra love — and this combo delivers softness, strength, and circulation.
🌬️ Nasal Clearing
Even though the snoring’s gone, I still had some lingering congestion.• I used a nasal snuff• Let it sit 30 minutes• Followed with a Neti pot rinse
Breathing felt lighter afterward — and that’s always a win.

I ended the day with a cup of potassium broth — and let me tell you, it tasted like sipping warmth, minerals, and comfort all in one. A quiet moment of nourishment I now call Liquid Gold. 🌿💛

🔥 Steam Room Session
Spent time in the steam room to open pores, support detox, and just exhale. The warmth felt like a full-body reset. Cleansing, comforting, and much needed.
