Dear Gina,
Just wanted to tell you how well your recommendation to drink distilled water worked!!!! I had gone in for my annual exam, and the doctor said there were traces of blood and crystals in my urine, indicating the start of kidney stones. Over the next two or three weeks, I was checked two more times, with the same result, and so I was sent to an urologist. I started drinking distilled water and, by the time I got to the urologist, he couldn’t figure out why I was there! There were no traces of blood or crystals. He even had to double check the test results that were sent to his office. He wanted to know what I had been doing, because it was obviously working — and he couldn’t believe it was something so simple! –

Today I finally took the time to completely review your site. You are to be commended for being persistent and resolving your issues. Your son’s as well. More importantly, you are to be commended for taking the time out of your day to help others ‘see the light’. I have been on a mission, though admittedly, more vigorously sometimes than others since I watched the movie “Lorenzo’s Oil”. After my 28 day’s on the PowerHouse Fast I felt better 50-60% better after 2 to the 3rd week, my balance was back, more energy I can make it through the whole day. I can walk better with more confidence of not falling. The most impressive part was during the 3rd week of the PowerHouse Fast, I didn’t even realize this until afterwards, and I lifted my own leg into the shower on its own, where prior I had to physical lift my leg with my hands to get it into the tub. Weight loss was about 30-35lbs on the fast (which was great and I have held it off too!), I can climb up and downs stairs defiantly more confident and faster. After the fast I continued with whole food diet, the main part is greens, staying away from sugar and dairy. I still can walk better and gearing up for the next fast to pump it up another notch
